MODULES: SL (Scissor lift) $250, SL (Scissor lift) + BL (Boom lift) $300

Entry Requirements
Applicants should be at least 16 years.
Able to provide sufficient identification with name and photo (i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.).
Speak and understand English at a level to be able to participate in the training and assessment.
Able to produce 100 points as per the SafeWork NSW identification checklist. Please refer to page 2 of the document for 100 points of ID check.
Unique Student Identifier (USI) You are required to provide your USI to All Training Academy. If you do not have one, you may authorize us to search and check on your behalf, and if required to apply for the USI for you. Please ask Student Administration to provide you with a USI Permission and Privacy Form to complete. We will provide you a copy with the relevant documentation. For more information, visit www.usi.gov.au.
Note: Oral assessments can be arranged for applicants with writing and reading difficulties.
Outcome
Upon completing the course, statement of attainment and yellow card will be issued by the EWPA or RTO.
